State of the art in the field of industrial waste gas cleaning
Kudela, Petr ; Jecha, David (referee) ; Brummer, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cleaning of industrial waste gases. The legislation background of environmental protection, the role of BREF and current situation in the field of emission limits in the light of legislation of the Czech republic and the European union is described in the first part. Further the thesis displays short overview of the industrial waste gases cleaning technologies and the particular example of the evolution of emission limits is given. In the conclusion of the thesis there are the future planned changes of the BREFs shown and the gained knowledge is summarized.

Porovnání koncentrace tuhých znečišťujících látek uvnitř stáje v rozdílných technologiích velkochovů drůbeže
ŠONKA, Jan
Intensive poultry farming releases contaminated gases, odors, microorganisms and large concentrations of dust particles. Dust particles have a negative effect on the health of humans and animals. Dangerous particles with a diameter of less than or equal to 4 m, which can travel to the gas exchange area of the human respiratory system, pose a great health risk. The aim of this thesis is to measure PM10 dust particles in intensive poultry farms depending on the age of the chickens. Another goal is to compare the results between farms and compare them with the values shown in Table 5.15 on page 157 of document Final TWG meeting for review of the IRPP (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) BREF (Reference Document on Best Available Techniques). The measurements were carried out at the farm Alas a.s. in Hartmanice and at the farm Farma u lesa a.s. in Sudoměřice u Bechyně.
This diploma thesis aims to measure the harmful gas emissions and evaluate methods and technologies used in an observed fattening pigs company. Subsequently observed methods and technologies are compared with best available techniques BATs and economically evaluated. The thesis contains three hypotheses. 1. Do measured production emissions of ammonia from the selected plant comply with the limits and recommendation of EU directives? 2. Is the applied BAT suitable from the economical point of view even for Czech agriculturists? 3. Do measured values comply with the decrease of ammonia levels according to the calculated decrease in the BREF document? The measured values and subsequent evaluation show that the production emissions of ammonia comply with the EU directives. However, the measured ammonia emissions are significantly lower than the theoretical values calculated according to the legislation that takes into account the used technology. BAT-reducing technologies used in the plant are suitable for Czech agriculturists.
Měření a vyhodnocení přírůstků zvířat a produkce emisních plynů ve vybraném provozu s chovem drůbeže při využití fytoaditiv v krmivu

Agriculture is a sector whose activities significantly affect all components of the environment. Intensive livestock production produces a large amount of harmful waste substances that have a negative impact on the individual components of the environment. The aim of this work is to measure and evaluate the impact of phytogenic additives in the production of emission gases in poultry farming by using the device INNOVA 1412. The measurement was carried out in the research center of the company DELACON Biotechnik CR, Stošíkovice na Louce.
Zhodnocení vybrané BAT techniky ve vybraném provozu s chovem prasat a zhodnocení jejich ekonomických dopadů
ŠOFRONIČ, Tomáš
With increasing agricultural production increasing its impact on the environment. It affects not only the soil, water resources, but also the atmosphere. This work dealed with the measurement of harmful gases from agricultural production of pigs with the help of INNOVA 1412 in the company Ponědraž Ltd. on the farm Ponědrážka. Measurements took place in the farrowing pig house. In this work, I dealt with BAT technologies used in breeding. I performed an economic evaluation of technologies used. Then I calculated the specific emissions of ammonia per sow and all compared with the reference documents BREF.
Emise tuhých znečišťujících látek v chovu drůbeže
JANOUŠEK, Tomáš
Agricultural activities produce a number of dangerous wastes affecting the environment. One is powder produced in livestock production, in particular in stables factory farms. Particulate emissions from livestock buildings are particularly important for the closest neighborhood stables. It is the subject of conflicts between farmers and their neighbors. The source of dust in livestock buildings are mainly food (fine particles modified cereals and dried plants) renegade animal skin particles, urine crystals and particles of feces. The aim of this work is to determine the concentration of dust in the factory farming of chickens for meat. Secondly, the aim is to compare BAT (Best Available Technique - Best Available Technology) technology used in stables with the reference document BREF (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control - Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control). Measurements were carried out on a Farma U lesa in Sudoměřice u Bechyně on a poultry farm in Horní Miletín.
Complex evaluation of the best available techniques in selected company with pig farming and evaluation their economic impacts.
LHOTKA, Pavel
Thesis deals with complex evaluation of BAT techniques and their economic impacts in agricultural company Lihotošť which makes business in fattening pigs. Breeding of pigs is as well as the stud of other agricultural animals a producer of waste. In the European Union of production must be restricted gas emissions to a minimum. This range using the best available techniques (BAT), which help to reduce ammonia and greenhouse gases in the stable environment, landfill sites and in the application of slurry. The first part focuses on familiarizing with BAT techniques for pigs breeding. The next part deals with techniques applied in stud of pigs and their evaluation according to BREF. The third part is concentrated on evaluation of economic impact of applied BAT techniqueson monitored operation.
Comprehensive evaluation of best available techniques in the selected operation with poultry rearing and assessment of their economic impact.

From agricultural activities produce a number of hazardous waste affecting the environment. One of them is ammonia produced by animals that are trying to reduce. The aim of this study is to compare the concentration of ammonia in barns with chickens for meat using electrochemically treated water. Furthermore, the aim of this work is to compare the BAT technology used in stables with BAT reference document and perform economic evaluation. Measurements were carried out on the farm Čekanice.
